  Terrible service and the manager is a terrible person .i ordered something for my childs christmas went to collect it at the times specified on the email and when i got to the store they said they couldnt give me it even though i had the email there to prove the times.i explained it was my little childs main present for christmas and the lady serving and manager had horrendous manners and would not even try to help as it was the last day they were open before christmas.the lady who is the manager is a heartless nasty person who should not work in serving people i have also put in a writing complaint to the head office .so my experiance was terrible and my child was so upset come christmas morning .
